  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Gujarat: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details, where available.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or you believe it has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please provide your Order Number and photographs of the package (if damaged) so we can investigate and assist you.

International Shipping

Currently, FLOLOOK ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
